i thought the first one was kinda funny. even through the horrible inaccuracy. you where right when you said apple is scraping the bottom, preying on a fairly used up theory: which is that vista blows. the upgrade form XP to vista was a bad one. but apple is making it out like every upgrade since was too. but that's where they are wrong. WindowsMe wasnt bad, in a sense, it worked well, and ran the few games i actually owned back in the day, but the upgrade to XP was a great one. Vista fell short and apple hasnt realized that the joke is stale. And i thought that the whole price thing was funny as well, because apple has led itself to believe that it is true. my price for a (ridiculously) overpowered game comp is set at $1200. I would imagine that that iMac wouldnt have even a quarter of the power. But i do disagree with point number 2. Windows user wont experience confusion, or have the inability to use a mac, but will likley be disappointed by the lack of features.XP has far more usability, imo, and a mac is really used for nothing more than a web browser, mobile iPod charger, and desk warmer for getting nice and cozy in class. let me point you at http://www.funaha.com/images/mac-vs-pc.gif good example there. apple is getting lazy with all of its products, and make it seem as if releasing a new product every couple of months with nothing more than just another feature, which should have been included in the first place, is worth mass groveling, and suck up-ing. Im surprised nobody has pointed out that if macs "just work" and need no help, instruction, or technical support other than finding a plug, then why does apple choose to boast about nothing except its support and customer service? apparently everyone has such a problem using mac that they had to develop an entire subdivision in their company, simply for taking complaints. and seeing as how thats the only thing they DO do right, they talk about it more than anything. hows that for a low blow? I think windows would cut mac a good one if they Incorporated that into a commercial.
